AI and the Judiciary in Latin America

Since 2020, CETyS has established itself as a key player in research on the adoption of AI and generative AI in the Latin American judicial sector. Our work agenda takes an interdisciplinary approach to analysing both the challenges of implementation —such as governance, cybersecurity, and the need for digital literacy— and the opportunities it offers. Through publications, workshops, and regional events, we contribute to the critical debate on this topic.
