Fintech

The Fintech area studies the impact that new technologies have had over the last years on the provision of financial services, as well as on the new way of action seen in actors and traditional business schemes. 

News on these issues are constantly coming up, both internationally and locally, involving legal, technical, economic, commercial, and social aspects. The area seeks to promote a cross-disciplinary approach on the research, communication, and training on this field, working together with other CETyS areas and with actors and thinkers both from Argentina and from abroad.

In this context, courses on Fintech Law are delivered annually at the Internet Law and Communications Technology Program (DITC). Conferences on this subject that are open to the public also take place, and different research articles on the most relevant issues are published.
